A body scan meditation helps you connect your mind with the bodily sensations, emotions and feelings of your body while you are doing your meditation. It brings awareness to what is happening to your body, helping you to deal with (and feel) those distracting "itching" that sometimes happens while we meditate - sensations that come and go naturally - so common in a day-to-day basis.

It helps you develop a mindful awareness of your bodily sensations - helping you also to relieve tension as you notice them. Following this kind of mindfulness practice may help reduce stress, improve well-being, and decrease aches and pains.

We have selected some guided exercises you can visit and start putting then into practice. Enjoy your body!
