Walking Meditation
I walk and walk and just walk... aimlessly.
I watch the birds.
I listen to them.
I look and admire the flowers.
And the bees, butterflies or flies around them.
Their colour.
Their smell.
Their beauty.
Their vibration.
I see the ants always working, gracefully.
I wonder how lovely their teamwork is!
I feel the soil with great respect and gratitude.
The earth I'm treading on.
Its colour.
Its smell.
Its greatness.
Its texture.
Its pride.
I feel proud.
I feel great.
I feel gratitude.
I feel being part of it all.
I feel content.
I smile.
I breath.
I smile.
I walk.
I breath.
I walk.
I smile.
I breath.
I walk.
I smile.
I thank.
