To Pee or Not to Pee

That's the question! You have probably experienced that tickling or itching feeling sometimes during a meditation session that made you wonder what to do... I have! When it happens I usually go back to focus on my anchor (normally my breath) and it passes on by like a cloud, a mere thought. When it comes back again I go back to my breath again and again, as we do with new thoughts that the mind keeps creating over and over again and again (remember that it is just its job and yours is to keep it still!). But what to do when you really need to go to the loo?! It hasn't happened to me (yet!) but I would probably go if I couldn't hold it or focus on the body sensations when it happens... However, if I could no longer hold it I would probably take the chance to do a 'pee-meditation', anyway!
